Account registration may collect your name, email address, phone number, state, account type, login credentials in hashed form, membership information and service activity. Property listings may contain information you choose to publish.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide marketplace and membership services, communicate about the account, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Password security
Passwords are not stored in readable form. The account system uses one-way password hashing and server-side sessions.
Sharing
USPRN does not sell account passwords. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the platform, process services, protect the network or comply with law. Public listing information is visible according to the listing settings selected by the member.
Retention and choices
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for account, transaction, security and legal purposes. Members may contact USPRN regarding account information and applicable privacy rights.
