Marketplace role
US Property Rental Network is designed as a membership-based self-service advertising and technology marketplace. Property owners and authorized professionals create and control their own listings and communicate directly with prospective renters. Unless a separately identified regulated service states otherwise, USPRN does not act as a real-estate broker or agent, negotiate leases, collect rent for landlords, or make rental decisions for the parties.
Accounts and listings
Members must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and have authority to publish any property they list. Listings and communications must comply with applicable housing, advertising, consumer-protection and anti-discrimination laws.
Membership fees
Membership fees are non-refundable regardless of membership class or plan, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Paid services, term lengths and listing capacities are described at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
Users may not post fraudulent, unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing or unauthorized content; misuse personal information; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Changes and availability
Features may be added, modified or discontinued as the network develops. These terms may be updated prospectively, with the effective date shown on this page.
